Confessional (2025) was an installation debuted at Moonlighting 2, in Canberra, Australia, on Ngunnawal and Ngambri lands. Confessional (2025) was a collaboration between installation artists and Moonlighting directors Riley Curtain and Claudia Hunt, and contributing photographers Lekh Bhatia, Madeleine Grisard, and Lucy Johnston.

Participants were invited to select one of nine photo prints, deposit their phone in the box provided and enter the curtained-off confessional booth. Inside the booth was a desk, a lamp, a pillow to kneel on, a white pen, a black pen, and the instructions below:

1. Choose an image

2. Enter Confessional

3. Choose a person the image reminds you of — friend, lover, family, other

4. Choose what you need to say

5. Write

6. Add to the wall.

By the end of the night, one entire wall was covered in over eighty confessions.
